Returns and exchanges
Jewellery should be treasured. If you decide a piece is not quite right for you, you can return for a full refund within 5 days of receiving it (with the exception of sale pieces). Unfortunately due to health reasons, we can not offer this on earrings. Should you want to exchange for a different size or piece, we can also arrange this. Should your 324 piece break due to manufacturing fault within 6 months, we will gladly repair or replace.

Our materials
All of our pieces are crafted using high quality, nickel free metals and above standard plating (full micron). Our silver is 925 solid sterling silver, whilst our gold pieces are a mix of 9ct solid and 18ct plated, depending on the size and style. For some of our gold rings we have returned to using gold plated nickel free brass - we find it lasts longer than using a sterling silver base.

Our packaging
Each 324 piece comes in an elegant ECO-friendly FSC®-certified black branded box with a care/authenticity card.

Our making process
Each 324 piece starts off as a sketch, either by hand or using computer software. It is then translated into a technical drawing, tweaked and sampled until it is just right. We work with an above the line, family run manufacturer based in Sydney and Thailand.
