We post all our pieces for free anywhere in the world (that will let us!) with tracking. *Please note that if your total order value is less than £20 and below, it will not include tracking. If you would like it to be tracked, please contact us.

Shipping within the United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail first class. Please note we can not take special delivery notes (ie. leave with neighbour). If you would like extra insurance or sign on delivery please email us email@example.com.
Once your order has shipped from 32.4, status is available from the carrier. We are happy to help but we only have as much information as provided by carrier tracking.

Each 324 piece is carefully packaged, however 32.4 will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
We post to all international destinations with tracking for free. We are unable to take special delivery notes (ie. leave with neighbour). If you would like extra insurance or sign on delivery please email us email@example.com.
International delivery times outside of the UK are 3-10 working days. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please email us your full name and order number and we will be happy to investigate on your behalf.

32.4 is not responsible for any taxes incurred on entering the countries outside of the UK.
Jewellery should be treasured. If you decide a piece is not quite right for you, you can return for a full refund within 5 days of receiving it (with the exception of sale pieces). Unfortunately due to health reasons, we can not offer this on earrings. Should you want to exchange for a different size or piece, we can also arrange this.
We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers if you choose to have tracking). You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. The piece must be received in original condition - unworn, no scratches/liquid marks and in original packaging. Returned pieces not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. 32.4 reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
If you wish to return or exchange a piece please email firstname.lastname@example.org. For orders outside of the UK we require confirmation of postage within the 5 days of the order being received by you.
Please note that the order is your responsibility until we receive it, we therefore recommend using tracked post.
There are strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items with the exception of rings- rings may be exchanged for a different size if we have it in stock.
Faulty Items / Repairs
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the pieces you purchase from us. 32.4 is happy to replace, repair or refund in the case of a manufacturing (making) fault within 6 months of purchase. If your piece has broken due to a manufacturing fault, the breakage will be assessed and you will be given the option of exchanging for the same value or having the piece repaired or replaced. Normal wear and tear (including tarnish) on jewellery is not considered a fault.
32.4 jewellery are delicate pieces that should be handled with care. If you have broken your piece we are happy to advise on repairs.
